Noah Pillsbury
Principal
Noah Pillsbury directs Aspen Group’s strategic and operational planning; finance functions; and business development efforts. Noah’s roots within the construction industry run deep, starting with his involvement in his family’s coatings and construction company as a teenager.
In 2001, Mr. Pillsbury founded Rocky Mountain Industries, which specialized on exterior reconstruction of residential and multifamily homes. After selling the company in 2009, he went on to serve as Director of Business Development for EnviroFinance Group (EFG), a national brownfield developer. In his tenure leading the acquisitions team for EFG, Noah was responsible for managing large redevelopment transactions, as well as identifying new procurement opportunities. Noah’s position at EFG also expanded to include Project Management, where he navigated the preliminary phases of entitlement, demolition, and cleanup of contaminated land.
Ready to take on a new endeavor that pulled together all of his experience, Mr. Pillsbury parted ways from EFG in 2015, and moved into the role of President and Principal at Aspen Group, Ltd. in 2016. When Noah isn’t at the Aspen Group helm, you’ll find him enjoying backcountry snowmobiling, spending quality time on his snowboard, or with his sticks on the back nine.
