Scott Ryan is responsible for Aspen Group’s day-to-day field operations. Hailing from the Property Management world, Scott accumulated a wealth of knowledge around large-scale exterior reconstruction during his 16 years in the sector. He’s seen it all, and is keenly aware of what should – and should not – happen during sizeable multifamily projects. For every endeavor Aspen Group takes on, Scott handles logistics, and works closely with owners, HOAs, and Property Manages to ensure a smooth start to each project. He then manages communication efforts throughout the entire process, serving as a liaison between the client and the Aspen Group team.

To promote the flow of ongoing collaboration, Mr. Ryan also utilizes an industry-leading construction management platform to keep everyone informed as reconstruction efforts progress. Clients receive access to this software program, which allows them the opportunity to stay on the pulse of the project from start to finish. This extra layer of communication and level of detail is just one example of the care and attention Scott puts into every single project and every single client relationship.
