Roof (Steep Slope + TPO) and Siding Replacement; Deck Repair; Budget-Conscious Plan
When a major storm tore through this quiet community, it shook not only its structures - but its residents - to the core. Roofs were ruined, and devastation was so widespread that the Board of Directors wasted no time in bringing Aspen Group aboard to rebuild what was lost...and to help restore the community's sense of safety and soundness in the process.
Scope of Work
All roofs were completely replaced, including 1600 squares of steep slope, and 240 squares of new TPO flat roof. In the spirit of maximizing the community's resources, Aspen Group managed to stretch insurance dollars to provide a full-reside and full paint job, all while staying within tight budgetary constraints. If roofing, siding, and paint projects weren't enough, hazardous structural problems in the decks were also uncovered. Although the budget did not support replacement of all decks, life safety was at stake, so addressing the issues was a non-negotiable. Our structural engineer identified the "must-fixes", and the team then executed a plan that brought the decks to code at a fraction of the cost of rebuilding from the ground up.
When it rains, it definitely pours (and often hails!). But even after the most intense storm, Aspen Group delivered a complete exterior transformation and rehabilitation on time, on budget, and with care.
